6 Ways To Empower Yourself
For the past few years, we’ve told others to empower other people, but how can we if we don’t even empower ourselves? You can empower other people and ask them to enable others, and so on. But the real question is, how can you empower yourself? Do you need a book, a documentary, or even a motivator speaker? Look no further; I will tell you how to empower yourself and keep doing it while you empower others.

If you lack self-confidence well you can’t empower others. It would help if you had the self-esteem to empower yourself first. Stop caring what others think about you. Start caring about yourself and all the great things you can accomplish without fear.

Be fearless

I know being fearless is hard, but you have to do it. Five-foot in 1st at times when you dive headfirst, you might be like “uh no thank you, that seems like too much.” When you fall foot 1st, you will have no choice but to do what you got to do even if you don’t know-how.

Start something new

Don’t be afraid to start something new. Change shit up if you have too, as long as it makes you happy. Today is the day you start being you, and you will start looking up those things that you always wanted to start but was too scared too. Yeah, today you will begin to it, and in time you will happy you started now instead of the what if.

Ground yourself

At times it’s hard to stay grounded for many things that we go through in our daily lives. Give yourself the time actually to feel your emotions. Its ok to cry, to be mad, happy, or whatever. Please do something to will help you connect, like meditation, yoga, go for a walk, or whatever it is that can help you be grounded.

Listen, once a week; I give myself full attention, meaning washing my hair, shave, facial, brows all that good stuff to feel full of energy, and regain myself from feeling and looking like shit. So give yourself some love, listen to your body. If you need a whole day to feel energized fully, do it, if you need one hour to yourself to do whatever you want, go for it. No one can stop you.

Find a community

Finding a community can be hard, but it’s worth it. Find people that are motivation, empowering, and you will notice that you will also feel empowered and motivated to new things. Put yourself out there and meet new people. Doing that has changed my life, so I know it will change yours too.

In the end, it’s your choice to know what you want. Listen to your body and mind, and you might be surprised by how you actually feel.
